Marcelo, recognized as a chef in the Canary Islands for his career, leads our team with his passion for cooking. As he says himself: ‘There are cooks, and there are passionate cooks. I am passionate.’ His focus is on highlighting the essence of each ingredient and creating dishes that delight our diners. With the care put into each dish and the expertise gained over years of experience, at 56 Degrees, we strive to present authentic culinary masterpieces at every table.”
